If I bought from different stores, is it possible for them to deliver all on the same day?

When placing an order, you get to state your preferred delivery date & time. However, as your items are delivered by different stores, the actual delivery date & time is still subjected to each store's availability. 


I've entered the wrong delivery address for my order, what should I do?! 

You should be more careful next time! Entering the wrong delivery address when shopping online (Casavibes.co, etc...) could cause great inconvenience for you! Should such a thing happens, please email us immediately at Care@Casavibes.co with your order ID and amended address.


Oh no... I've ordered 2 sofas but I only have 1 living room. How?!

Having 2 sofas in a living room is kinda normal! But I understand what you meant, you've purchased the wrong items. For any changes to the orders, please email us immediately at Care@Casavibes.co with your order ID and the changes you would like to make. We will do our best to liaise with the store in regards to the changes but with no guarantee. 

For cancellation of orders, please refer to the "Delivery and Policy" of each store! 

What kind of payment method do you accept?

NETS, Ez-link Cards, Alipay and ITunes Gift Cards are the methods which we DO NOT accept. 
We only accept Debit / Credit cards and Cash on Delivery depending on the store's preferences. Please refer to the "Delivery and Policy" of the store to find out more!
*Upfront Deposits applies to Cash on Delivery method.
